Ship Administration Services

  • Handling ship clearance documents for in & out at Indonesian ports.
  • Processing port documents such as:
    • Ship registration certificates.
    • Certificate of Seaworthiness.
    • Ship insurance certificates.
    • Ship arrival and departure schedules.
    • Crew list, cargo manifest and declarations, and
    • Other shipping certificates to relevant parties.
  • Handling administrative issues during ship's stay in Indonesian ports by communicating with port authorities, harbormaster, customs, immigration, quarantine, and other authorities to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Ship Operational Services

  • Managing ship schedules, including berth coordination in Indonesian ports.
  • Providing real-time information about ship operational status during port stay.
  • Coordinating with port authorities and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Cargo Handling Services

  • Processing and submitting cargo documents such as:
    • Bill of Lading (B/L),
    • Packing list, Cargo Invoice,
    • Ship insurance certificates,
    • Cargo handling reports,
    • Customs for export and import goods, and
    • Special permit documentation and processing.
  • Managing and supervising cargo loading/unloading processes at ports with professional workforce and ensuring cargo is handled according to safety and security procedures.
  • Handling special cargo, such as hazardous goods or heavy items.

Bunkering, Fresh Water, and Logistics Services

Providing ship requirements such as fuel (bunkering), fresh water, and other logistics needs.

Inspection and Regulation Services

Handling inspection processes by port authorities, harbormaster, and classification bodies, and providing ship requirements such as fuel (bunkering), fresh water, and other logistics needs.
